I first was introduced to the Power of “AND” regarding our emotions shortly after the death of my first baby. I was in the midst of grief and clinging to any type of support I could find. A fellow bereaved mama shared an article that has since changed how I view my grief process, and life journey in general.
Simply put, “and” gives us the power & freedom to feel complex emotions simultaneously. It is so much work trying to navigate the mess of all our emotions, especially in grief. One feeling does not dismiss another: “I’m happy for them BUT it makes me sad” changes to “I’m happy for them AND it makes me sad”. “And” is a tool that brings often contradictory feelings together, while staying true to our own personal journey.
You can feel grief AND joy. You can be scared AND hopeful. You can be anxious AND excited. You don’t have to choose.

Metal stamping is a process where steel shanks with a letter or design on one end (stamps) are hammered into the surface to displace the metal and create an impression.
Please note that I stamp each item by hand with a hammer, so there may be some slight variations. Sometimes not all characters will be perfectly aligned as this is the nature of hand stamping - no two will ever be the same!

Stainless Steel is hypoallergenic and non-tarnishing. Polish with any gentle cloth. Repeated exposure of any metal to hand sanitizers, soaps, lotions, perfumes & etc. can cause a reaction with your natural body chemistry. It is always recommended to remove your jewelry when using products, showering, swimming, working out, or sleeping.

Each item is carefully handmade to order (unless noted as ready to ship) and will be shipped within 5–7 business days.
Canada: Orders ship via Canada Post, Purolator, or Chit Chats.
International: Orders ship via Chit Chats. My items are CUSMA compliant, so (at present) they do not incur additional tariffs or duties at the U.S. border.
Chit Chats packages are couriered to Calgary, AB once per week and distributed from there. Canadian orders are transferred to various final-mile delivery partners, while U.S. orders are transported across the border and handed directly to USPS.
Tracking updates are available through the tracking number sent to your email.
Please be aware that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or other fees charged by the destination country's customs authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price of the product or shipping.
