Refund policy
I accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations. Custom items & wholesale orders not eligible. See below for spoon rings & jewelry.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Original shipping costs are not eligible for refund. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If item is returned further damaged due to inadequate packaging, you will be ineligible for a refund. Returned or refunded orders may be subject to a restocking fee.
To start a return, you can contact me at creator@callistafaye.ca. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Your refund will be processed when I have received the item back in my possession; less original & incurred shipping fees.

Spoon Rings & Jewelry
Vintage silverware consists of a silver plating over a mixed metal alloy, usually of brass or copper. Silver will tarnish over time, use a soft polishing cloth so you can keep your beautiful jewelry looking its best. Repeated exposure of any metal to hand sanitizers, soaps, lotions, perfumes & etc. can cause a reaction with your natural body chemistry. It is always recommended to remove your jewelry when using products, showering, swimming, working out, or sleeping. Returns cannot be accepted due to use of products or swimming without removing jewelry. That said, I understand that every body reacts differently to various metals, and I would be happy to process an exchange if you experience a reaction to your spoon ring during normal use.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Digital downloads
- Items on sale
- Gift Cards
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded (less shipping costs) on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
